Here are a few testimonials from our Customers! | | July, 2010 | | Hi Kathy! What a little Doll-Baby our Lucy is! She is near to 5 months old now and just as sweet as can be! She thinks that the world is her oyster and that we all exist for her to love and be loved by her. She is a delight. Thank you so much for the early 'hands-on' that taught her those qualities. Last night she sat quietly beside me with her head on my lap and I saw the adult that this pup will become! Love these puppies! | | | March, 2010 | | Hello Kathy, This is Joe, Wendy, and Noah George. I thought you might enjoy hearing an update about Matilda, or as we call her, Tilly. We have fun with the name and sometimes call her Attila because she is quite a playful ball of energy full and gusto. Also, we like to call her silly Tilly. Noah picked the name Matilda after seeing the movie, Matilda, which is about a little girl with magical powers. We looked-up the name Matilda and found that it is Germanic and means courageous or powerful battler.
Tilly has completed a puppy training course with Noah, and she has learned how to sit, lie down, come, and roll over. The course started the day after Christmas because we though it was important for Noah to learn about working with his puppy right away. They’ll both start intermediate puppy training in a few weeks. She loves getting her two walks a day (once in the morning and again when Noah gets home from school). She is almost house broken, but she still has an accident every now and then. She sleeps inside with Noah in his room every night, and they’re great friends. They play hide and seek (Tilly always wins), and her favorite toy is a pull rope for playing tug-of-war. She has really grown a lot, and we’ve attached some photos for you. Tilly has a joyful and adventurous spirit - she’s a lot of fun. It’s amazing how fast she runs, and she can turn on a dime. The kids still try to play tag with her (she loves this game and it really shows off her agility), but they can never catch her. It’s hilarious watching four boys try to catch her as she weaves through and around them. We hope to stop by again some day, so you can see her again. Enjoy the pictures and God bless, Joe, Wendy, Noah, and Tilly
| | | December, 2009 | | Dear Montana Mom, I am getting pretty used to the Utah people........even though they are a little quirky. Weekends are pretty cool.......like today I went over to Dash's place and had coffee and eggs benedict. I tried canadian bacon for the first time and I really liked it but I puked afterwards. Then Sadie and I went home and played around in the new snow. We put up a tree in the house too!! I'm not sure why this was done though. Thought I would sent you some pictures so you know that I am doing okay......the video opens up with quick time and I hope it will open up for you. Please give my best to Lady, Griz, and the rest of my kin........I miss them but I am adapting well. Paws and Licks......... Teagan B. Montana P.S. I took on Dash's middle and last name so I would not forget my origins. | | | November, 2009 | | Dear Kathy, Gilly Ann is the cutiest little dog going. She is 16 1/2 lbs at 20 wks. Her colorng is blonde, liver, white, and two colors of gray with liver freckles on her face. She has a wonderful disposition and has become a greeter for all of my massage patients. She and her corgi brother, Dylan, are the best of friends. The bed has become crowded with all of us sleeping on it! She loves to go for rides with Ken everyday. We absolutely love our Country Lane mini aussie. Wendy and Ken from Sequim, WA
| | | November, 2009 | Mandy is doing WONDERFUL!!! She was great in the car the entire ride home. 3 1/2 hours since we stopped for dinner. She is starting to settle in, This mornin she even started to play with the girls. She has become a complete couch and TV junky already. As soon as we bring her in she runs for the couch and watches TV. She still shy and timid, but she is coming out of it nicely. I have to say What a sweet heart she is. Phil and I want to thank you very much for her. She is a great addition to our family. I have attached a couple of pics for you. When ever you are in town please come by and see her. I will send you updated pics frequently. | | | November, 2009 | | Hi Kathy, We had a good day. Went shopping at Home Depot and I got to ride in a shopping cart. Then we went to Pet Smart and my people let me choose a new toy. Everyone thought I was so cute. Later my new pack brother came over to meet me. He will be great when I can rough house a little better. He helped me tame a wild stuffed bear. Mischeif, a mini Aussie, came to play with me. She was really fun. She runs a lot faster than I do. Give me a couple of months and I'll be able to keep up with her. I think I'll sleep good tonight. I'm pretty worn out. From 'VICTOR'
| | | September, 2009 | | Dear Kathy I gotta tell you a story about "The Clown" Gambler: One Saturday morning about 2 wks. ago I let him out of the house, kind of watched him for a minute and noticed he was checking out one of the sprinkler heads by my flower bed. Well I shut the door, put my coffee on and done a few other things. About 15 minutes later I saw him run by the front window and thought something doesn't look right! I tried to stop him before he ran thru his doggie door and into the house, but NO LUCK! He came barreling into the livingroom ready to play! He was covered "literally" from top to bottom in this soupy mud! I tried to stop him and get him back out the door, I was trying to block him, I would run to one side of the table and he of course would run to the other side thinking OK its time to play. He proceeded to run around the coffee table several times, jumped on both leather couches and then into the kitchen. I am going nuts trying to stop him, every now and then he would stop, get down on his front legs w/ butt in the air, then he runs into the bathroom stops at the tub, long enough for some of this soupy mud to drip all over the floor and then he jumps in the tub! Have you ever seen a comercial where this big dog comes into the house and leaves muddy paw prints? Well my house sort of looked like that only about 5 times worse. If he would have shook my walls would have been splattered! I was upset at first but when he jumped in the tub and looked at me "like come on turn on the water, Im ready for a bath" I had to stand there and laugh at him! How many kids do you know that would play in the mud then volunteer for a bath? LOL. Well after cleaning him up it took me over 2 hours to clean the carpets, bathroom & kitchen floors, tub and both couches! My only regret is that I didnt get any pictures!! He is way too smart for his own good sometimes! He has also learned that when he is in trouble he runs to Daddy (Lynn) because he won't get into trouble. But I still have to think what a joy he has been for us. I personally can't wait until it is time to turn off the sprinkler system....LOL. Anyways I thought you might like that little story about The Lil' Clown! I can't wait to see new pictures of the babies! Have a good one!

| | | June, 2009 | | Dear Kathy, I am so happy to have brought Dash into my home where I have another older Aussie. Dash loves Rico, and Rico loves having the company. Dash is not only a very intelligent, athletic dog, but has one of the most happy go lucky personalities I've ever seen in a dog. He always seems to be smiling! He has learned basic agility so quickly, is great on the trail for hiking, and gets along very well with other dogs. I would not hesitate to get another one of Kathy Tipton's dogs! Temperment is a quality that outshines some others, and Dash has a great one!

| | | January, 2008 | | THANK YOU, KATHY!! Marley is settling in & bonding very well with our family. The boys love him, and he & Bodhi are playing very nicely together. It's so fun to see Bodhi act like a puppy again & be so playful with Marley. Bodhi is very nurturing & careful with him, and they are having a ball running & playing together. Marley tries so hard to catch Bodhi, but his little legs just aren't fast enough yet--they tired each other out yesterday.
I'll get some pictures to you guys soon. We're so glad we got him!! He is a fantastic addition to our family & is doing great sleeping & potty training. He's curled up under my chair as I'm typing. Very, very sweet! You guys take care & thanks again for helping us bring this puppy into our lives. It was just the additional spark of joy we needed! All the best, Mica |
| | | January, 2008 | | We wanted to give you a brief update on our new puppy, Bella. It took us a while to settle on a name, and we will send updated pictures of her in her new home soon. She has been just a fun addition to our family! The girls absolutely love her and keep telling us it was the best Christmas ever!
She is a very bright girl and is already successfully potty trained (well almost all of the time). She knows a few commands already and really loves to hang out with the family. She has adjusted to life in Seattle beautifully, including making friends with our older dog and two bunnies!! Thank-you so much! We will keep in touch and send updated photos!

| | Kree | October, 2007 | | Hi Kathy!
I just wanted to let you know that our little Indie is doing great. Her first week with us has been lots of fun. She is happy chasing the boys around or snuggling up with us on the couch, she is pretty spoiled actually J. She is very smart and cocks her head to the side when we talk to her like she is trying to decide if she is going to listen or not! Thanks for letting us have one of your pups, we have been telling everyone about you! I will send you some photos of how she is growing soon! Take care. |

Just a note to let you know Fudge and Gus (Bingo and Crystal 8-14-06) are wonderful!!!! I am so in love with these dogs I can’t even explain it! They are both doing great and are absolutely adored by all of us. Gus has grown to be a 45# boy that loves everyone and is goofy and happy. Fudge weighs about 25# and is much more reserved than her brother. She is my buddy and is with me all day and then sleeps right next to me on the bed at night. Thank you so much!

| | Anita | August, 2007 | | Hello Kathy,
Charlie & I want to let you know how thrilled we are with our "Rio Dawg" your "Pickles". He fits us like a glove. He's been "micro-chipped" and had his initial exam by our Vet who liked him also and said we made a great choice. We're still drooling a lot in the car - so we've decided to do a lot of short trips - we've also enlisted the aid of McDonalds - we'll either learn to like to ride in the car or know where all the "golden arches" in America are. He's calm and very loving, and has (in less than 2 weeks) learned to "pee" & "poop" on command. I should have said "sometimes" on the latter as - "when the chips are down the buffalo is empty!" Had I known he was going to be that smart, I would have chosen more sophisticated commands for it - since it's working - we're not going to fix "what ain't broken". He's been evaluated by a Certified Trainer (certifies the Delta Therapy Dogs) and we've begun obedience training. Rio is reserving judgement on those noisy, active grandkids who "played" all over his nap-time!! We're betting that it will soon be Rio wanting to play with them. He's totally "tall, dark and handsome" with that great question mark framing his aussie blue eye.. We love him and look forward to long and happy years with him!!!
Thanks Anita
P.S. The Dog Listener is a great book. |
| | Mica & Mark | August, 2007 | | Hello Kathy! Hope you are doing well. We are so thankful for the recent rain here in Missoula. We sure needed it.
Just wanted to drop you a line on Bodhi. He is doing awesome! I've had a lot of dogs, and I have to say that he is the best dog I've ever had--so smart, gentle, attentive, loving, & sweet. We absolutely adore him, and the kids keep him very busy exploring & playing. He has been an amazing addition to our family, & we can't imagine our lives without him. His temperament reminds us a lot of Gus--loving, nurturing, & a total gentleman all the time.
Thanks for breeding such amazing dogs. Here are some recent pictures of our fishing/camping/hiking adventures.
Best, Mica & Mark |
| | Lisa | August, 2007 | | Hello, I just wanted to give you an update on Lucy. She's doing really well, getting along great with all the other animals, although she tends to steer clear of the horses. We found out the cutest thing about her. On the fourth of July, I went outside to make sure that the dogs were in the pen so they wouldn't run away from the noise, and found her sitting onto of the doghouse enjoying the show like the rest of the family. She does the same thing whenever a thunder storm passes through. I was quite impressed. Anyway, like I said she's doing very well. Thanks again. |
| | Jacque | July, 2007 | | Hello Kathy, How are you doing? We just wanted to let you know about ACE and how well he is doing! He is a wonderful dog and SOOOOOOOOO SMART! Ha! Ha! What an awesome dog not sorry at all I chose him! We went on your first camping trip with a group of people who all have dogs and horses and he thought it was heaven! I have some pictures to show you! We camped out in our horse trailer everyone else had their tents! By the way he is a water dog loves the water! Don't know if he will make a good fishing buddie he will scare the fish! Ha! Here are some pictures! Will send more later when my friend gets hers developed! His favorite little buddie was a dog named GUS and he is 6 months old and a carin terrior a TOTO DOG as they are known. They just played and played and entertained the camp. We rode clear up to Odel Lake and Lake of The Woods that is the Wise River area where we camp. He and my old dog went all the way we were so surprized that our old dog went. Last year he didn't want to go very much! Ace sure has been good for him and they love each other! Well I had better make some coffee and get going! Take Care! Please keep in touch! |
| | Jenifer | July, 2007 | | Hello, Just thought we'd let you know Newt is doing well, he goes with Danny everywhere and at the flower shop lays on the cool cement with a fan on him under Danny's feet all day, he's been to Rodeos in Big Timber and Ennis already. He loves to play in the stock water tank and the kids pool at home. Newt and Rooster are big time buddies... they love to lay on the porch swing in the shade together. He is such a snuggle bug and not a mean bone in his body. Wasn't too sure of the fireworks we lit on the 4th so he spent an hour in my lap with his head buried under my arm. We love all love him to death. Just thought you'd like to hear how he was doing...The Carr Family. |
| | | | | | | | | Suzi Parsons, Parsons Pony Farm | June, 2007 | | Dear Kathy, We love the new puppy! It took almost a week of debate to decide on a name; the list had about 25 candidates. At the final vote his name became Rowdy, AND no one else knew that his father was named Rowdy. Rowdy follows the ponies, stays away from the horses, and loves loves loves the kids who come here to ride. He entertained a troupe of Brownies,12 day care kids on a field trip, and about 15 kids at the softball game ... all in the last two days. Thanks for raising such special perfect dogs. |
| | Briana | June, 2007 | | Hey Kathy, Just stopping by to tell you that Teal had her surgery this morning and is doing great! She is such a trooper. She went in at 7 this morning to be spayed, she also had a front dewclaw that wasn't taken out completely, which ended up bothering her and grew really tender. So that was removed also. And my Mom and I decided to get her micro-chipped. The vet said that after surgery she talked ALOT and didn't want to stay in her crate, so they let her roam around the office so she could visit the other animals. The office loves her.
But as for now she is passed out underneath my computer chair.
Also we took her camping for the first time on my birthday. She had a ball. She loves sleeping in the tent with us. And she doesn't wander far at all. We played fetch alot. I will attach some pictures from camping too (and others).
It's been pretty hot here lately so I went and picked her up a purple kiddie pool to play in. We found she likes to stand in the middle of it and stick her nose under the water and blow bubbles, then pounce on the remaining bubbles. Its super cute and entertaining to watch, and she really enjoys herself here.
Teal and I are pretty much attached at the hip. Haha. She is my partner in crime.
Just thought you should know how well we're doing.
Talk to you later! Briana |
| | Julie | May, 2007 | | Hi Kathy, Thought you might like to know Tess is almost finished with her obedience classes. She has done really well and I am so proud of her. Plus one of her classmates is one of your latest puppies. Jazmine is in the same class and I must say doing very well too. The Aussies really are showing their stuff behaving in every aspect of the class. (There are 3 in the class) I don't know what the guy's name is that has Jaz but you can tell he adores her, and she returns the affection. She minds him very well and looks like a million! And is only 4 months old! I was chatting with him two weeks ago. There are about 12-15 dogs in the class so we don't get to visit much but Jaz was next to Tess and me and we got to talking. I asked him where he got his cute puppy and, of course, your name came up! You can be very proud of the breeding program you have because of how well socialized these two puppies are. No aggression, very responsive and easy to train. I really hate to see the classes end. I will continue to keep her up-to-date on her cues so she is welcome wherever we go. I took her last month to a quilting class and she was a huge hit. The shop owner claimed her to be the store "greeter" because whenever anyone new would come in ( I was in the back room taking a class) Tess would immediately head for the door with her toy to "greet" the new person. After following whoever for a few minutes she would return to my feet and quietly sleep until the next shopper arrived. The owner said she is welcome there anytime. Made me very proud! I still think this is the neatest dog I have ever owned. I am so glad I made the decision that summer day to drive out to see your litter of 4 week old minis. Last week she had her first huge day out with our horses. She did real well and covered quite a bit of ground that day. As you can see in the picture she is just a tiny thing. Not too spoiled being allowed on the kitchen counter for her photo session. She matured at 14 inches at the shoulder as probably weighs about 14-15 lbs. She holds her own with the other two dogs. Thanks again for such a great puppy! |

March, 2007 | Hey there Kathy, I was just checking out your web site once again and saw the pictures you had put up of Ryu (Buddy). Since he has grown so much I just thought I would send you a couple more...just in case you ever update it.
Also, my boyfriend and I were talking and wondering what you thought about us bringing Ryu by one day soon to say hello and visit the other dogs. What do you think of that? We would love to just see the new puppies.
And again, thank you so much for everything. |

May, 2007 | Tuffy did great on the way home.....got a little car sick but that's expected. He is so playful.......our other dog (female) just loves him....she kind of herds him and keeps him in the yard....won't let him wander around. The cat is another story......the cat did not know what to do about Tuffy......Tuffy wanted to play but the cat did not.....but they are already getting pretty close to each other. I know they will be best buds later on. Anyway, thank you so much for the photos......I will send you updates periodically.
Thanks again! |
